The Web server on which this website is housed is owned and maintained by Enversa. The following policies apply to the Enversa website (the "website").
Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors
Enversa may automatically collect and/or track (1) the home server domain names, email addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to the Site and users of Enversa software, (2) the email addresses of visitors that communicate with Enversa via email, (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, and surveys, and (4) user-specific information on what pages visitors access.
Enversa also collects information you voluntarily agree to provide us through the form provided on the website and through the Enversa software. Information collected includes limited personal and company data: your name, title, company name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, and email address.
Enversa does not place Internet cookies on visitors' hard drives except as necessary to automatically maintain website session data. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Enversa. No attempt is made by Enversa to reconcile or store your submitted personal data inside cookie files.
Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Enversa will be used by Enversa for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product development, for content improvement, and to customize content and layout of Enversa's site. Data on visitors' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and email addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Enversa's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products, and services or upcoming events. Data submitted through the Enversa software is also used internally in the normal course of business to find and match prospective suppliers with buyers.
Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Enversa WILL NOT disclose the personal data collected through the website or through the Enversa software to third parties with the exception of the disclosure that is required to perform the auction services. This allowed disclosure includes the submittal of data to auction sponsors about the participating bidders and their bids. By taking part in Enversa auctions, bidders understand that their information will be supplied to buyers and/or auction sponsors.
Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, email, or phone, Enversa will provide to visitors a summary of any personal information retained by Enversa regarding the visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Enversa's database. Enversa will only send personal records to the email address on file for the visitor name associated with it.
Collection of Personal Data from Children
Enversa's website and auction services are not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 18. Enversa does not collect or post information from children under the age of 13 ("children"). In the event that Enversa did collect or post information from children, it would not do so without their parents' or guardians' consent. Enversa does not and will not provide any personally identifying information collected from children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. In the event a child submits information to Enversa's website, the child's parent or guardian will receive an email alerting them to the child's registration and provide instructions on how the parent could delete the child's registration, if so desired. Children are not allowed to participate in bidding or any live event. No information collected from children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside Enversa. Enversa encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children.
Enversa's Right to Contact User
Enversa reserves the right to contact site visitors regarding privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site visitors.
Enversa's Right to Change Privacy Policy
Enversa reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying visitors of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy.
