Can I view an Enversa session before deciding if I want to use it?
We realize that it’s important to understand what an Enversa session is like. Please see our demo to learn what goes on in an Enversa session.
How long does an Enversa session last?
Enversa sessions usually last between 10 and 45 minutes, depending on the amount of bid activity. We do not end a session until a reasonable amount of time has passed since the last bid was placed.
How long does it take to set up an Enversa session?
Most sessions, regardless of media, take approximately 30 minutes to set up. Typically, the agency provides four to five days' notice to media properties about an upcoming session.
How do I ensure confidentiality?
We understand that maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of an advertiser’s media program is essential. Before beginning our work together, the agency or advertiser signs a comprehensive License and Service Agreement (LSA) with Enversa. This LSA details the strict parameters that Enversa adheres to in order to ensure the utmost in confidentiality.
What media does Enversa cover?
Enversa is used for all types of media buys, including print, TV, outdoor, radio, online and even a combination of media.
Who controls the inventory?
The agency does. The agency defines the inventory requirements and develops a list of media properties invited to participate, the requirements that media properties must follow and the terms and conditions that the properties must meet.
How far in advance is inventory available?
Like buys today, the agencies define the program requirements. They can use Enversa for immediate inventory, future inventory or both.
Is inventory purchased through Enversa guaranteed to run?
Like the media-buying process today, media properties sign the agency’s terms and conditions agreement. Media properties must adhere to whatever legal terms the agency specifies.
What is the fee structure for Enversa?
Enversa is available through a service and licensing fee, typically paid by the advertiser’s agency. Advertisers receive an agency discount. For the small additional fee to use Enversa, advertisers see a dramatic increase in the amount of media they can secure. Contact us to discuss specifics.
